Hi, I am Theresa Phamduy.
L'OREAL Research & Innovation - As a scientist in the beauty industry, I am obsessed with delivering the best technical performance in a very aggressive and demanding market. My work includes the development of 3D imaging tools to measure facial structures and 4D analysis to understand skin surface motion.
Research at Tulane University - I am a Ph.D. graduate with 5 years of experience in 3D bioprinting, electrical biosensors, and breast cancer research. My work utilizes laser-based bioprinting and tissue engineering techniques to generate physiologically-relevant models to investigate breast cancer invasion into the connective tissue. By recapitulating the mammary tissue microarchitecture, I study the influence of reactive fibroblasts, cancer-associated adipose cells, and vascular networks on cancer cell invasion potential.
